An at-home photography session is where I would come to your home for a few hours to capture life and interactions as they really happen. You’ll be amazed at how the most ordinary-seeming moments (kids pouring cereal into a bowl, a baby having her nappy changed, Mum trying to make lunch while keeping toddler entertained – and so on) can turn into the most extraordinary photographs.
The more you can open yourself up to documentary, ‘fly-on-the-wall’ type photography, the more you’ll really be able to feel and relive the moments I capture on camera. So when the kids grow up you’ll be able to look back and say, ‘wow, that’s how life really was…’. It’s an amazing way to preserve memories and create your legacy.
Often, parents can be the ones taking photos of their little ones and what they’re up to. But how many times is Mum or Dad, or both, actually in the photograph? When your kids grow older, they’ll want to see what life was really like when they were younger, and having all of you photographed in your own home, going about your normal, daily lives, can be a great way to look back and start conversations.
During the family photoshoot, North London, I’ll capture a mixture of heart-warming, funny, serious and everyday situations all within the space of a few hours in your home.
Can you set aside 2 hours of your life to create a real family legacy?
